With which cargo will my order be sent?

• Our orders are delivered to the address you specify with UPS.

• The cargo company selection is not currently available.

My order has been shipped. I want to change my address.

• If there is a request for a change of address, you can change your address under the My Account menu until the products are prepared.

• After the products are started to be prepared, you can send your address change request by contacting our Customer Services team. We forward your address change request to cargo companies, but there may be times when they cannot fulfill our request during peak periods.

My order arrived while I was not at my address.

• The cargo company leaves a note stating that you can get your package from your branch if you cannot be found at your address.

• If you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to OrganiCraft.

What should I pay attention to during delivery?

• If the shipping package or product is damaged, the number of packages is incorrect:

After signing the cargo delivery receipt, attach a "Due Diligence Report" to the cargo attendant.
If you decide not to receive the cargo by checking the content and quantity, get a return code with the easy return option on the order screen.

• Cargo companies only deliver on business days.

When will the product I buy be delivered?
09:00 - 18:00 on weekdays
Delivery will be made on Saturdays between 09:00 and 13:00.
There is no delivery on Sunday.
 
Can I make my order gift wrap? / Can I add a gift note?

• If you want to add a gift package and note, it will be sufficient to specify in the order note section at the time of creating your order.

Is VAT included in the prices of the products I buy?

• The sales price of each product sold through OrganiCraft includes VAT.

Can I order with my credit card points?

Credit card points cannot be used for your OrganiCraft purchases.
